I remember that when I used to travel with my parents via public transport we always ended up meeting and talking to a lot of people. With some of fhem we stayed in touch by phone or mail for years. It seems that nowadays everybody is on his own travelling. Talking to friends on a cell phone, sending text messages, listening to music on an mp3 player, playing games with a PSP, working with a laptop, etc…
Probably the photo above is not the best example but I still thought it was funny when I saw these couple an airport just spending quite some reading on their own.
